To comply with international regulatory standards and Indonesian financial regulations, we require all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before their first withdrawal, or at any time upon request by lgo99.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not bearing your name, or anonymous payment methods are prohibited. lgo99 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the source account if the payment method ownership cannot be verified.
lgo99 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. Please consult your financial institution for details.
You may request a withdrawal at any time provided your account has been fully verified through the KYC process, you have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and you have a positive account balance. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name matching your verified identity documents.
lgo99 processes withdrawal requests within an average of 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In rare cases involving additional security checks or high-value withdrawals, processing may take up to 24 hours. Once approved, funds are transferred to your designated bank account or e-wallet according to the payment method's standard transfer times.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account status and VIP tier. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for verified VIP members.
lgo99 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a nominal processing fee of Rp 5.000 per transaction. VIP Gold tier members and above enjoy unlimited free withdrawals.
lgo99 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity. Withdrawals must be requested using the same payment method used for the initial deposit whenever possible. If you wish to change your withdrawal method, additional verification may be required.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions.
Most bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times on eligible games. lgo99 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, arbitrage betting, using automated betting software or bots, collusion with other players, or any pattern of play designed solely to exploit promotional offers rather than genuine entertainment.
Only one bonus per person, household, IP address, device, payment method, or shared computer (e.g., public library, workplace, university) is permitted unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or other means will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules and regulations of each sport and betting market. In the event of a postponed, canceled, or abandoned event, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the market rules. lgo99 is not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers (payment processors, game studios, internet service providers), force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes), or actions beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall lgo99's total liability exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arises.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days.
If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI) or another mutually agreed arbitration authority. Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to bring a claim in a court of law or to participate in a class action lawsuit against lgo99.
lgo99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon suspension, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. You may close your lgo99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is closed, you will not be able to access your transaction history or account records unless you contact support to request a copy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lgo99 holds its operating license. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
